This weekly, three day program, led by one of our certified professional coaches, will focus on simple, effective body weight skills that help improve balance, coordination, agility, speed, and strength that will translate to everyday life activities. The duration of every class will be forty-five minutes and consistent of a daily warm-up, skill focus/workout, and cool down.
This program will take place live through Zoom, and will be customized for the online format. Students will need access to an internet connection and a computer with a webcam or a smartphone with a camera for the duration of the class. Participation in this program will require little space, and little to no fitness equipment.
Daily modifications for athletes will be provided to enable all participants the opportunity to have fun and give their best effort.
